Unfair terms in franchising are terms written with extreme protection for the franchisor.
An example of unfair terms in franchising is that the franchisee has no possibility of assigning the license.
In Reting we do not allow this type of clauses in contracts paytm data because we believe that the affiliate should be a free entrepreneur, and as such have the freedom to buy and resell his franchise business whenever he wants.
Indeed, a step that we often recommend to Reting customers is to include the parent company as the right of first refusal for the purchase of the point of sale.
