We have invested the most resources to build a company with the team that we have now. This is something that you often can't buy for money - I'm talking about the level of energy that the team is built on.
One of the most important things that we have implemented with the team is the system of organizing business processes and training . When our team has more than 100 people, it is no longer possible to physically “reach” everyone. Therefore, management moves from direct communication with people to managing the system as a whole. And I always think, first of all, about forex data how the system of corporate principles, corporate culture and business processes should be built so that we can achieve the desired result.
We came to this quite a long time ago, but for me it is a reason to be proud that high -level decisions in the company are made, first of all, at the system level. And, of course, we have all the necessary tools for high-quality management of business processes and systematization of everything: from setting tasks and organizing checklists to designs, technical assignments and managing project releases.
