Most of the companies in Catalonia are concentrated in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, which is a good field of study to see how companies use their presence on the Internet.
Statistics, according to the study carried out by Barcelona City Council, show that most companies do not take advantage of the opportunities of the Internet. This is the only way to explain why only 58% of companies in Barcelona and its cambodia telegram data metropolitan area have a website, a good part of which are not updated and lack a good web design or solid web programming, not to mention their commercial focus.
More worrying are the future prospects for Barcelona's competitiveness, since only 19% of companies without a website plan to create their website in the course of the next year.
Google has also provided statistics on this subject and they are even more devastating, since less than 1 in 4 companies with less than 10 employees have a website. In addition, companies that do not have a website usually do so because they do not consider it relevant or because of budget.
The leap in competitiveness that Barcelona is required to make will certainly be difficult to achieve as long as companies continue to waste the economic opportunities offered by the Internet.
Undoubtedly Facebook, Twitter and Google+ are the social networks par excellence. However, and at a great distance, new social networks are appearing and consolidating, among which Pinterest stands out without a doubt . And since this month it is available in Spanish.
Pinterest was created in March 2010 and, in 2 years, has become the 38th website in the world ranking in June 2012 and the 16th in the United States, just behind Bing. Pinterest has decided to expand its presence in non-English speaking countries and has just been published in Spanish.
