Apply filters & views to reports

Post by rifat28dddd »

It's not always effective to include an entire data element in your reporting. For example, you may only want to include selected data from an element to support a statement in your report. Therefore, you can also include filter settings and column sorting in your data elements, focusing on the essentials.

Applying filters: An example
You want to create a report on SEO opportunities and guatemala cell phone number list include the identified threshold keywords in your report. To identify threshold keywords, filter the "All Keywords" list by keywords for which you rank on pages 2 and 3 of the search results, i.e., positions 11–29. To make optimization measures worthwhile, you also set a minimum search volume for the keywords, for example, 100.

Step 3: Finalize the content template
Once you've added all the elements from the tool to your content template, it's time to add the finishing touches. Switch back to the reporting tool and open your content template again.

Reporting → Manage templates → Edit content template

Adjust the order of the chapters and elements using drag and drop. Edit your chapters and elements and add headings and short descriptions if you want to draw attention to something (then click OK to apply the changes). When you're done, save your template.
