Opening a franchise restaurant, especially after the countless restrictions that the pandemic has caused to the sector, could seem like a crazy idea, to be ruled out a priori.
It's a shame that this idea seems crazy only to those who don't inform themselves and read the data.

The 2021 Catering Observatory highlighted that:
In 2020, the year of the pandemic, contrary to all expectations and forecasts, 22,692 catering businesses closed.
This is the best figure in the last 10 years!
But that's not all…
In 2020, the catering businesses registered with the Italian Chambers of Commerce were 397,700, while the active ones were 340,564.
