Specific: When setting goals, you need to make sure you avoid any ambiguity. If we're talking about an increase in turnover, how much exactly are we talking about in euros?
Measurable: How many new customers or new orders do you need to achieve this increase in turnover? In order to reach this number, how many Leads, Mql's, Sql's do you need.
Achievable: You need to find a balance between an ambitious number and being safe. Do you actually have the resources and time to complete the tasks according to the plan?
Realistic: What happens in your malaysia mobile database if you achieve this goal? What happens if you don't? Ex: Doubling the number of customers will force us to double production capacity by hiring 50 additional people is a goal that is difficult to achieve for many companies.
Time-bound: How long do you want to achieve this goal in?

Tip: Share your goals

Your goals should be shared with the team members involved in your project, as well as with your agency. They should be reviewed monthly to analyze progress toward success.

A clear “Statement” can help you clarify your position:

" We want to increase our sales by 20% in 12 months, which translates into the sale of 30 new builds with an average value of €240,000. To achieve this, it is essential to generate 180 new business opportunities, 500 qualified leads for sales and 1,200 qualified leads for marketing. "
