For example, a new client writes to you in the LiveTex chat, his data is transferred to the CRM, where a new contact is created. After the dialogue is completed, a deal is automatically created in Bitrix24 (depending on the mode of operation with the CRM, a lead can be created), which is linked to the created contact and contains all the details of the interaction with the client.
